Who We Are
KC's Plumbing and Heating is a family run plumbing and heating company based in Coquitlam, British Columbia. We've been serving homeowners and businesses across the Tri-Cities and the broader Lower Mainland since 1993, over thirty years of showing up, doing the work right, and standing behind it.
The company was founded by Jack Japuncic, a Master Plumber who has led this business from its first day to today. Jack didn't build KC's Plumbing around a marketing pitch. He built it around a straightforward set of values, be honest with people, do quality work, charge a fair price, and treat every home and business with the same care you'd want for your own. Those values haven't changed. They're still what drives every call we take and every job we send a truck to.
We're a licensed, insured, and BBB-accredited plumbing and heating company. Jack Japuncic started KC's Plumbing and Heating in 1993 with a clear focus, build a company that people in this community could count on. Not a franchise, not a call centre operation, but a real local business where the owner is a tradesperson who genuinely cares about the quality of every job that goes out under his name.
Over three decades in the Tri-Cities means we know this area well. We know the housing stock, the older homes with original copper and galvanized pipe still in the walls, the newer builds with PEX throughout, the townhouse complexes with shared water lines, and the commercial properties with complex mechanical systems that need a crew who won't blink at the scope of the work. We've worked in most of the neighbourhoods in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody, and that familiarity translates directly into better, faster, more accurate service for our customers.

We're also a licensed gas fitting company, which means we can handle gas connections and gas appliances as part of any plumbing or heating job, no need to coordinate a separate contractor.

Our Services
KC's Plumbing, Heating and Drain Services handles a wide scope of residential and commercial work throughout the Lower Mainland. On the plumbing side we cover emergency plumbing, leak detection and repair, repiping, burst pipe repair, bath and kitchen plumbing, and appliance water line connections. On the heating side we service and install hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, electric water heaters, gas furnaces, and boilers.
